Compensation Analyst

Compensation AnalystAtlanta headquartered company is searching for a Compensation Analyst to join their team.This position will be responsible for the execution of the day-to-day needs of Compensation and Total Rewards.Primary ResponsibilitiesDesign and communicate pay structured, grades compensation benefits etc…and advises managers on making effective pay decisions.Addresses moderate to complex compensation questions using knowledge of compensation, human resources, and internal policiesParticipate in compensation surveys, manage market data, analyze job descriptions and classifications, benchmark jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine competitive compensationPerforms job evaluations as requested by internal stakeholders to evaluate and market price new and revised jobsWork with HR Business Partners to maintain job descriptions and to ensure descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed by incumbentsCollaborates with internal employment counsel on FLSA exemption determinationsAssist with compensation projects and processes and serve as resource for the Compensation module within the Workday HCM system through testing and continuous improvementWorks with leadership to identify and recommend program changes as necessary, providing input on compensation strategy, policies, programs, and communications in consideration of the needs of the business lines.Use analytics to monitor the effectiveness of compensation plans, programs, and policiesPlay an integral role in the integration of the Workday Advanced Compensation Module.This company offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, opportunities for professional growth and a collaborative work environment.
