Job Details:

Job Title: Stepdown/IMC/PCU | RN - Registered Nurse
Location: Asheville, NC
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: 1945.32 - 2042.59
Schedule: 06:45 - 19:15 (Every other weekend)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS; Neuro and Trauma Care experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-focused nursing care within the Progressive Care Unit.
• Perform neuro and spinal checks.
• Manage chest tubes, PCA pumps, and IV infusions.
• Support procedures including C-collar placement, TLSO braces, lumbar drains, feeding tube placement, and blood transfusions.
• Collaborate with the care team while floating to stepdown and medical-surgical units as needed.
