Client and broker commission specialist

Do you have a love for working with data and systems, a knack for validating numbers, researching and troubleshooting, and interacting with clients by utilizing your professional communication to assist with resolving discrepancies? We are looking for this type of background along with exceptional Excel skills and familiarity of Access to assist a highly respected corporate as they go through a nationwide system rollout. Are you detail-oriented, organized, mathematical, and results-oriented? Do you possess secondary education within an analytical, critical thinking major? This Client and Broker Commission Specialist is made for the meticulous, communicative,number crunching, relationship building, self-motivated and self-directed professional. The Client and Broker Commission Speciialst will be responsible for ensuring creating accurate commission payout schedules, processing payments, and ensuring accurate financial records management. You will be preparing, processing, calculating, allocating, reporting, and documenting daily. Training will be 100% onsite and then you will transition to a hybrid status. Free parking onsite.

salary: $22 - $24 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Immerse into a tight-knit, high-functioning, positive, "can-do" Broker and Client Commission Operations Accounting Team within a Fortune 500 Global Leading Company
• Must have the ability to be onsite for training and not miss a day of it
  • Hybrid after training, onsite 6 times a month
• Work closely with a variety of internal teams and departments with the end goal of providing accurate and timely commission payments
• Prepare, track, and manage multiple steps of the commission's payment process to Brokers, Clients, and Insurance Carriers
• Utilize Excel extensively for managing and manipulating large amounts of data
• Follow specific requirements and guidelines for timely and accurate payments
• Follow up with consultants to gather needed and missing documentation
• Research any discrepancies
• Interact closely with multiple internal departments for efficient and timely problem solving
• Problem solve with internal business partners
• May assist Manager with ad-hoc projects
