(WE NEED SPECIFICALLY THIS EXPERIENCE.)5-10 years previous commercial construction management experience is required. Medium to large project experience ($20M+) is required (ASK candidates specifically for the $$ value of projects)Bachelor's Degree—Construction Management, Engineering, or other related fields.Strong leadership skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-orientedStrong working knowledge of programs such as BIM, Primavera, Excel, Word, and MS ProjectExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA proven track record of organizing project team to accomplish project goalsEffective negotiation and contract management skills to represent the company with the OwnerWell-rounded base of knowledge in construction disciplines
