Lead Program ManagerThis role will support the identification, review, cataloging, and processing of settlement-related legal mail within a digitized mail database.Review incoming legal correspondence and determine the appropriate action based on the type and content of the documentation.Identify and process legal mail including liens, levies, garnishments, and court-ordered holds.Maintain accurate documentation and categorization of legal correspondence within the digital mail database.Support settlement-related activities involving participants within a global payment network.Ensure legal mail is reviewed and actioned accurately and in accordance with established procedures.Work with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate handling and resolution of legal documentation.Maintain a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail when reviewing sensitive legal information.Required Qualifications:Experience managing or supporting complex programs, operational processes, or business initiativesExperience reviewing, organizing, and processing detailed documentationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to interpret information and determine appropriate next steps based on established proceduresStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholdersAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriatelyMust be able to work onsite on a hybrid schedule in either Richmond, VA or Riverwoods, IL
