What You'll Do As a Paralegal in Family Law and/or Civil Litigation , you'll play a key role in supporting attorneys and clients throughout every stage of a case. Responsibilities include: Drafting and reviewing legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, disclosures, discovery, and trial exhibits. Conducting legal research and analyzing complex issues to support case strategy. Managing deadlines, filings, and case records across multiple matters. Organizing large volumes of documents, including preparing disclosure indexes, redacting, and Bates stamping. Assisting in trial preparation, from witness coordination to evidence management. Maintaining strict confidentiality while exercising sound judgment in all matters. What We're Looking For Experience: Solid background in Family Law and/or Civil Litigation (minimum 5+ years strongly preferred). Skills: Strong legal research ability, sharp analytical skills, and excellent written/verbal communication. Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable—someone who thrives in a team setting but can also work independently. Technology: Comfortable with case management software, document management tools, and e-filing systems.
