What You ll Do:

• Administer anesthesia for a variety of general surgical cases, including pediatrics and geriatrics
• Provide anesthesia care for neurosurgical procedures, managing neurological patient status pre- and post-operation
• Perform spinal and local infiltration anesthesia as needed
• Monitor ventilation and respiratory status throughout surgeries
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams in a hospital setting
• Ensure accurate documentation using Epic EMR
• Maintain safety and compliance with hospital policies and protocols
• Respond to emergencies, including airway management and intubation
• Contribute to approximately 50 cases daily, working in multiple operating rooms

What You Need:

• Active CRNA license in Michigan
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Prior anesthesia experience, preferably with neurosurgical and diverse surgical cases
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
