AI-Native QA Automation Engineer / Lead

The AI Native QA Automation Engineer / Lead is responsible for building and maintaining automated test frameworks that integrate traditional QA automation with GenAI driven testing techniques. This role converts requirements, AI insights, defects, and validation findings into reliable, executable test assets. The engineer ensures functional correctness, response quality, and system reliability across AI and non AI features. This is a hands on delivery role critical to scalable, high confidence releases.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using UI, API, and mobile automation frameworks.
• Leverage GenAI for test case generation, test data creation, and regression optimization.
• Validate LLM behavior including prompt accuracy, hallucination detection, and response quality.
• Implement automated checks for flaky test detection and test stability improvement.
• Convert requirements, defects, and AI validation outputs into reusable test assets.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA architects, and AI teams to align testing with release goals.

• Prior experience leading QA automation efforts or mentoring junior engineers
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps driven release cycles
