Catering Coordinator Position Objective BIBIBOP is seeking a Catering Coordinator to support our Catering Manager with flawless event execution. Accountabilities Develop and maintain relationships with current guests and partners Manage catering events from start to finish — delivery, setup, service, and breakdown Maintain organized, up-to-date logs of current and upcoming catering orders Support store teams with all aspects of catering execution Schedule Full-time Monday–Friday position with flexibility required for early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends based on event bookings Core weekday hours to support sales outreach, account management, order logistics, and store location Schedule will fluctuate with catering volume and seasonal demand Requirements High School Diploma or GED Relevant experience in restaurant, catering, or hospitality sales Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with outbound sales and outreach (cold calls, emails, in-person visits) Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with use of both company and personal vehicle, mileage reimbursement with use of personal vehicle Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods of time What Success Looks Like in This Role Strong organizational skills – attention to detail with the ability to navigate competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
