Residents are able to seamlessly transition from independent living to assisted living, and skilled nursing care, as their healthcare needs change./ppLake Port Senior Living is recruiting for a hospitality focused Driver to join our team part-time on Saturdays Sundays! This position is responsible for transporting residents to grocery store, monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled; assists in performing housekeeping duties as required./ppHere are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Driver:/pulliDrive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs inside and outside of the Community./liliAssist Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.)./liliLoad groceries and other purchased items into bus/van./liliSchedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance./liliClean and wash vehicle./liliMay perform housekeeping functions as directed./liliSupports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy./li/ulpHere are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:/pulliCDL with Passenger Endorsement a plus/liliMinimum six (6) months experience as a bus/van driver required/liliHigh school diploma or GED required/li/ulpIf youre an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, wed love to get to know you!/ppEEO Employer/p/div
