We'll train you up so you know your stuff, from deliveries to making pizza and everything in-between. Domino's Delivery Drivers Must Be at Least 18 Years Old and Need: Friendly, positive attitude and great customer service skills Valid Driver's license Reliable vehicle to use for deliveries Proof of car insurance Safe driving record meeting company standards Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings Those are the basics, but here’s what else you can expect: Responsibilities Operate all equipment Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler Prepare product Receive and process telephone orders Take inventory and complete associated paperwork Clean equipment and facility approximately daily Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area; a Team Member may make several deliveries per shift Qualifications Depth perception Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces Additional Information Essential Skills and Competencies Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator) Must be able to make correct monetary change Eye-hand coordination for continuous, accurate work Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for precise movements Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen Work Conditions Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees to 90 degrees and above Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside Fumes from food odors; exposure to cornmeal dust Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees or higher Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts Physical Requirements Driving: Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area; may make several deliveries per shift Standing: Most tasks are performed from a standing position Walking: For short distances Lifting: Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds Carrying: Large cans; pizza sauce; trays of dough as described Pushing: Move trays on dollies; pull trays as needed Climbing: Navigate stairs or ladders occasionally Stooping/Bending: Required at various workstations Reaching: Continuous up/down/forward reach Hand Tasks: Eye-hand coordination and repetitive hand use #J-18808-Ljbffr
