Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to help them restore function and mobility
- Develop individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient's goals
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation to ensure quality continuity of care
- Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs in line with practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, families, and caregivers for whole-person care
- Champion safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance in every interaction
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
- Active Oregon Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain one before start)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and clinical decision-making skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
Education
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Master of Physical Therapy (MSPT), or Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (BSPT) from an APTA-accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong foundation in physical therapy assessment and treatment planning
- Skilled in direct patient care and functional mobility restoration
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations and skilled nursing facility standards
- Ability to supervise and delegate to PTAs and Rehab Techs
- Proficient in accurate, timely clinical documentation
- Excellent interdisciplinary collaboration and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and facility environments
