Order Fulfillment Specialist

salary: $22 - $26 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Order Processing & Logistics Download and enter EDI/external orders into SAP to trigger warehouse pick-and-pack operations. Process order details, verify pricing, track inventory, and update customers on delivery status. Coordinate across internal teams to schedule deliveries and confirm availability. Customer & Sales Support Resolve customer and sales team inquiries regarding orders and product styles. Open, update, and manage standard and consignment customer accounts. Finance & Administration Handle daily invoicing, returns, chargebacks, and credit/debit memos. Generate sales reports, track account shipping data, and maintain accurate records.
