Position Highlights Join a team of 3 physicians, 3 APCs and stable support staff Provide full spectrum care for patients of all ages Light call schedule! 1:7 See a wide variety of patients including complex care Close-knit team with strong collaboration and easy access to mentorship and support Practice built in 2019 and is a well-equipped space with new equipment and efficient workflow to support high-quality care High patient satisfaction review score on Google Maps Responsibilities Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to provide positive patient experience. Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population. Provide call coverage. Qualifications Must be BE/BC in FM or Med-Peds. Why ChristianaCare? Compensation & Benefits Package Annual Compensation Range $251,302.00 - $361,417.00. The above compensation range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting for full-time hours in the respective specialty. The actual compensation within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on a variety of factors, including fair market value for physician services in the relevant specialty and the candidate's experience, education, training, credentials, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. Comprehensive and lucrative compensation plan, including base salary, multiple bonus incentives, loan repayment options (including eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness), sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance.
