Research Associate

Job Title

Pay Range: $40.97hr - $45.97hr

Requirement/Must Have

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience depending on level of education.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Proficiency with molecular biology and microbiology techniques such as PCR, restriction digestion, cloning, Gibson Assembly, agarose gel electrophoresis, and bacterial transformation.
• Familiarity with Benchling electronic notebook is preferred.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) on a daily basis.
• Demonstrated Good Lab Practices and adherence to HSE rules.
• Ability to carry out experiments and interpret data independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be a fast learner.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-throughput PCR.
• Execute high-throughput cloning.
• Conduct high-throughput analytics.
• Provide oral presentations in group meetings as needed.
• Maintain accurate records using electronic notebooks.
