Now Hiring: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)

Location: School Therapy Services provides therapy and testing to the San Antonio & Surrounding Texas Hill Country Areas.

Immediate Openings | School-Based Therapy

We are looking for passionate and dependable Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) to join our school-based therapy team! If you enjoy working with students, value collaboration, and are looking for an opportunity where you can make meaningful connections while helping students strengthen their communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Compensation:

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) : $65–$75 per hour, based on experience

Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) : $40–$50 per hour, based on experience

Positions are available throughout the San Antonio area and surrounding Texas Hill Country communities. Hours and days are very flexible.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified SLPs and SLPAs eligible to practice in Texas

• Must have Valid Texas Speech Pathology Licensure*

• Professionals who enjoy working with ages 3-21

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Dependable, organized, and compassionate team members

• Individuals who value teamwork and a supportive professional environment

• Candidates available to begin as soon as possible

Experience

Preferred experience working in a school based setting or in pediatrics, but willing to train the right person.
