Onsite or Remote Fully On-Site Work Schedule a varied schedule to include clinical and administrative shifts Posted Date 12/15/2025 Salary Range : $144,400 - 341,800 Annually Employment Type Duration Indefinite Job # 27979 Primary Duties and Responsibilities The PICU-NICU APP supervisor manages 27 APPs in our very complex PICU, Pediatric CT ICU, and Neonatal intensive care units. This person is responsible for all the performance evaluations, staffing, payroll, behavioral and clinical issues, as well as works on quality improvement opportunities for these teams. This applicant also works clinically to maintain their clinical knowledge and maintain competency in their specialty. Job Qualifications Master's Degree from PA Program - required CA PA License - required National PA Board Certification - required BLS from AHA or ARC - required NRP - required PALS from AHA - required 5 years PICU, NICU, or Pediatric ICU experience - required 3 years APP Supervisor experience - preferred As a condition of employment, the final candidate who accepts an offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of substantiated misconduct with a previous employer.
