? Senior Project Coordinator | Austin, TX Our client, a global leader in industrial technology and automation solutions , is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join their team. You will be part of the Project Management team supporting Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, and cross-functional project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Senior Project Coordinator Location: Austin, TX Pay Range: $34.58 - $40.74/hour What’s the Job? Coordinate project activities, schedules, logistics, and inventory to support the successful delivery of integrated test and automation systems. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time. Monitor procurement activities, track part availability, and resolve material or supply chain issues. Maintain project documentation, audit project data, and provide status updates, risk communication, and reporting to stakeholders. Support the Project Manager by identifying roadblocks, coordinating resolutions, and ensuring timely execution of project plans. What’s Needed? Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar project support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Experience coordinating logistics, procurement, inventory, and project schedules in a manufacturing or hardware-based environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams. U.S. Citizenship required with the ability to support ITAR projects and qualify for DoD security clearances.
