Florida Student Cosmetology School is growing hybrid beauty institution located in Fort Pierce Fl.
We provide structured, instructor-led training in cosmetology through both in person practical instruction and guided online theory. We are seeking a Part-time Cosmetology Instructor who is passionate about education, professionalism, and student success.
This position serves as primary in-person classroom instructor and will work closely with administration to maintain curriculum integrity, hybrid program compliance, and student success. Responsibilities
- Maintain prewritten course schedule and timelines
- Grade homework and provide constructive feedback to students
- Participate in classroom discussions
- Answer student questions to the best of your ability, helping students work through problems and find solutions
- Cultivate a positive learning environment for students
- Deliver structured in-person practical instruction
- Support theory reinforcement in a hybrid environment
- Previous experience in a teaching position desired
- Active Florida Cosmetology License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to multitask, and shift priorities as needed
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and grading systems
