Job Duties

Operate industrial sewing machines to stitch and assemble materials Follow patterns, production specifications, and work instructions Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Perform finishing tasks and prepare products for the next stage of production Maintain a clean and organized work area Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards Follow all workplace safety procedures

Physical Capabilities

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
