Our food runners play a vital role in delivering food promptly to guests while assisting the kitchen staff and servers with communication.

Food Runners deliver food from the kitchen to the guests in a timely manner.
Food Runners assist servers, bartenders, and hosts as needed and help bussers clear tables.
Food Runners answer guest questions, pack and ensure takeout orders are correct, and communicate with both the kitchen staff and serving staff to ensure a smooth shift.

Required skills and qualifications to be a Food Runner with Mad Mex Cranberry:

Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others
Exceptional customer service skills
Restaurant experience not required

Physical requirements for Food Runner with Mad Mex Cranberry:

Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
Able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds

While specific scheduling needs may vary, in general applicants are expected to have availability to work a mix of both weekdays and weekends as well as a mix of daytime and closing (night) shift availability.
