  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to establish individualized care plans, utilizing evidence-based practices, including diagnostic tools such as the DSM-5.

  • Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to achieve desired mental health outcomes.

  • Document all treatment sessions accurately utilizing electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate closely with patients and their families to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances and needs.

  • Intervene proactively in patient care by anticipating areas of concern and providing strategies to enhance patient safety and symptom reduction.

  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with a network of clinicians and treatment providers for seamless patient referrals and continued support.

  • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
