Location: Redmond, OR


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour


Overview


We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our team. This role supports customers, processes orders, and helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations within our manufacturing environment. If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and working in a hands-on industry, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Process orders, quotes, and shipments through our ERP system
• Read and interpret basic prints
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams
• Support manufacturing and fabrication workflows as needed
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Ability to read and understand basic prints
• Basic computer proficiency
• Understanding of basic manufacturing, mechanical, or fabrication processes
• Agriculture, industrial, and/or automotive experience required

• Excellent communication skills and willingness to ask questions
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
