Summer ABA Therapist / RBT – ESY Program Location: Atlantic City School District Schedule: July 1, 2026 – July 29, 2026 Days: Monday–Thursday Hours: 8:15 AM – 12:45 PM Pay: $20/hr (ABA Therapist) | $23/hr (RBT) Spend Your Summer Making an Impact Interactive Kids is seeking experienced ABA Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students within the Atlantic City School District's Extended School Year (ESY) Program. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a public school setting while helping students maintain and build important skills throughout the summer months. Because this position is embedded within a public school district, we’re seeking staff who can confidently navigate a professional school environment and work collaboratively with educators and support personnel. If you’re comfortable supporting students with varying needs, enjoy working as part of a team, and can independently manage responsibilities in a school setting, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Be Doing Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students throughout the school day Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Support communication, social, behavioral, and academic goals Collect and record behavioral data Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and school staff Utilize ABA strategies including reinforcement, prompting, redirection, and de‑escalation Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a public school setting Who We’re Looking For This position is best suited for individuals with previous experience working with children and behavioral support programs. Qualified candidates may include: Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) ABA Therapists Paraprofessionals Special Education staff Education, Psychology, or ABA students with relevant experience Prior experience working in schools, behavioral programs, special education settings, or ABA services is strongly preferred.
