Tooling Design Engineer

Manage mold and fixture design processes to ensure timely, high-quality completion. Lead technical discussions and design reviews while mentoring junior engineers and maintaining operational discipline aligned with HI-P culture. Responsibilities Design molds and fixtures to meet project deadlines and quality standards Maintain detailed mold debugging trackers and document lessons learned to improve processes Collaborate with customers and suppliers on Design for Manufacturing (DFM), mold concepts, and technical issues Lead and actively participate in design review meetings for new mold projects Conduct peer reviews of mold designs and debugging drawings to ensure accuracy and quality Communicate and monitor mold debugging progress with the toolroom team Mentor and develop junior engineers to enhance team capabilities and knowledge Uphold discipline and promote adherence to HI-P culture practices within the team Job Requirements Diploma and above in mold design or mechanical engineering Min 3 years' experience Good communications skills Responsible and self motivated #J-18808-Ljbffr Hi-P Precision Technology
