Stock ClerkATI is seeking a highly motivated, qualified, and experienced Stock Clerk for our contract located at the Federal Law Enforcement Center (FLETC) located in Glynco, GA. The training center provides instructional training for law enforcement and other support services. The program supports training for approximately 1,500 students. This position is critical to supporting law enforcement training operations by ensuring timely, accurate, and mission-ready distribution and recovery of weapons, radios, tactical gear, and related equipment for instructors and students engaged in practical and scenario-based training exercises.Great Pay and Benefits for a Stock ClerkCompetitive pay rate; $20.64 - $26.19/hour depending on role, experience, and benefits selected; 11 annual paid holidays; Minimum of 2 weeks of paid annual leave; Up to 56 hours of annual paid sick time in accordance with the Service Contract Act (SCA); Medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance with 75% of the premiums and deductibles paid by the company; Employer paid short-term and long-term disability, and life insurance; 401(k) plan immediately vesting with 4% employer match; and Professional development assistance including tuition reimbursements.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide customer service support to instructors, and other FLETC personnel participating in practical exercise training.Issue weapons, radios, tactical gear, and related equipment for instructors and students to support training requirements.Actively review email communications/scheduling system and build class kits based on the approved training scheduleProcess used class kits for reuse or return to storageEnsure that all issued equipment is in good working condition prior to issuing and upon return.Night shift-specific duties include: Assembling ammunition bags based on ticketed requirements; Restocking shelves with training gear and ammunition; Recharging all batteries (flashlights, radios, cameras); Conducting an end-of-shift inventory validationRequired Qualifications and ExperienceCandidates must be US Citizens with clearance eligibility, the ability to pass a background check/drug screen, and a clean driving record;Effective communication, listening, and customer service skills;Excellent organization skills;Computer Skills – understanding of Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel spread sheets; andWork experience handling firearms is a big plusPhysical DemandsMust have the ability to perform tasks consisting of, but not limited to, heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and operating required equipment, and office work which includes frequent administrative record keeping and documentation.Preferred Education and ExperienceHigh School DiplomaJob Type: Full-timeLocation : Glynco, GAPay Rate: $20.64 - $26.19/hour depending on role, experience, and benefits selectedWorking Hours: Shift coverage hours will be morning shift (6:00am to 2:30pm) or afternoon shift (2:30pm to 10:00pm), Monday through Friday (anticipate 40 hours per week).About ATIATI, Inc. is a full-service consulting firm with over 45 years of experience solving complex facility and program management, construction, and environmental challenges for government and private sector clients.
