Job Description
Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Schedule

12-hour Nights, 1845-0715, every other weekend.

Assignment Details

Contract Length: 13 weeks. Guaranteed Hours: 12 hours per shift.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required
• Telemetry experience (including Amiodarone, Cardizem, Heparin, Nitroglycerin)
• Progressive Care or ICU experience preferred
• EMR experience is a plus, specifically with Altera Sunrise

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with established protocols and procedures
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for patient care decisions
• Document patient care and maintain medical records accurately
