Community Involvement: Foster relationships with the community to enhance educational opportunities for students. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Valid North Carolina teaching license (or eligibility for licensure). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create engaging lesson plans and utilize various teaching strategies. Preferred Skills Experience with technology integration in the classroom. Knowledge of differentiated instruction and inclusive practices. Strong organizational and time management skills.
