Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)– Full-Time | Lake Charles, LA (Must be a licensed therapist)

Synergy Care is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time opportunity at Villa Marie Retirement Center in Lake Charles, LA.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality physical therapy treatments under PT supervision
Oversee rehab department operations as Director of Rehab
Ensure compliance, documentation, and quality outcomes
Lead, mentor, and support therapy staff
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
Licensed or eligible for PTA licensure in Louisiana
Strong communication and organizational skills
