Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: Competitive hourly/base + uncapped commission

- Source, screen, and engage healthcare professionals using our ATS, job boards, and internal leads.
- Conduct proactive outreach to build and maintain a powerful talent pipeline.
- Use email and SMS campaigns to spark candidate interest and drive conversions.
- Guide candidates through every step of the recruitment cycle-from first contact to placement.
- Exceed recruiting and sales goals while contributing to a winning, high-energy team environment.
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare recruiting or staffing experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A competitive, self-driven mindset with a passion for hitting goals.
