Direct Hire – 1st shift

$30-$40 per hour
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC turn-mill machines
- Work with 4-axis lathes and live tooling
- Operate vertical turret lathes (VTLs) with milling capabilities
- Operate horizontal 4-axis (HTL's) turn-mill lathes
- Perform milling, drilling, tapping, and contouring on CNC lathes
- Program and edit machines using G-code
- Create and modify programs using CAD/CAM software
- Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
- Select tooling and set offsets
- Perform in-process and first-article inspections
- Troubleshoot machining and program issues
Skills & Experience
- 4-axis CNC turning and turn-mill experience
- Live tooling experience
- CAD/CAM and G-code programming
- Blueprint reading and GD&T
- Precision measurement (mics, calipers, gauges)
