Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to evaluate mental health needs and establish individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Lead therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches, adapting techniques as needed to promote successful outcomes.

• Engage in multidisciplinary case consultations with psychologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic and patient-centered care.

• Thoroughly document client progress and treatment outcomes in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and supervision sessions, to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health care.

• Maintain a commitment to ethical practices and dedication to client confidentiality throughout all interactions and documentation processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Health Bridge, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, presenting with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will involve not only direct clinical interventions but also providing clients with resources and support to navigate challenges in their daily lives.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• At least three years of experience delivering mental health services in outpatient or community health settings.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing clinical supervision to associate social workers or interns is a plus.

• Familiarity with community resources and services in Oakland to effectively connect clients with additional support.

Compensation and Benefits\n
