What You'll Do:

• Be a trusted resource on the patient care team, collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other providers.
• Ensure safe and effective medication therapy, from reviewing orders to adjusting doses and monitoring drug interactions.
• Participate in patient rounds to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Compound sterile IV medications following USP 797 & 800 standards.
• Mentor and support our pharmacy technician team to uphold top safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, CMS, and Joint Commission requirements.

Qualifications:

• PharmD from an accredited program.
• Licensed Pharmacist in NY.
• Hospital experience preferred but not requiredwe welcome motivated new grads!
