VibrantCare Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist / Center Manager to oversee therapy center operations in Los Gatos, CA. This role blends clinical patient care with leadership and center management responsibilities, focusing on maintaining high-quality standards, supporting clinical staff, and fostering strong relationships with healthcare partners and referral sources.

Job Type: Full-Time / Exempt (Permanent)

 

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of 1–3 therapy centers, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
• Maintain a clinical patient caseload while providing leadership and support.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, productivity, and patient care quality.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop clinical staff and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and aides.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability of centers.
• Develop and implement local business, marketing, and referral strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, facilities, patients, and referral sources.
• Conduct staff meetings, training sessions, clinical in-services, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, state/federal regulations, Medicare, OSHA, and clinical standards.
• Perform quality assurance and compliance audits, implementing improvement plans as needed.
• Evaluate and treat patients accurately documenting clinical care.
• Promote a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.

 

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program or equivalent international education.
• Current Physical Therapist license/registration as required by the state.
• Strong clinical expertise coupled with leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and develop clinical staff effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical documentation/management systems.
• Capability to manage both patient care and administrative responsibilities.

 

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 per year.
