Lifecycle Marketing Architect for Fintech Growth

Flex is building its lifecycle marketing function from the ground up. We’re seeking the first dedicated owner who will shape both strategy and the technical infrastructure behind engagement across credit, banking, and AP workflows. You’ll work directly with RevOps, Engineering, and Data to design systems, not just campaigns, and own messaging for a regulated fintech audience with AI-assisted drafting.
