Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy ServicesProvide pelvic floor physical therapy patient care and management and provision of pelvic floor physical therapy services.Modalities used in treatment include electric stimulation, ultrasound, cryotherapy, thermal therapy, iontophoresis, phonophoresis, biofeedback training, etc.Independently evaluate referred clients for diagnosis and treatment planning and determines current levels of functioning.Coordinate client's pelvic floor physical therapy schedule with other clinic providers, surgeons, and other medical specialists so that quality of care is maintained.Provide direct therapy, consultation, monitoring, and co-teaching models of services to patients with identified pelvic floor physical therapy needs, as indicated by evaluation.Counsel service members, unit commanders, staff members and other community agencies on available services, procedures, and administrative requirements.Analyze and interpret workload data, other management, and clinical data, and recommends changes.
