We are currently seeking a Business Analyst (Onsite Hybrid) to join our team in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US). We are currently looking for a Business Analyst for our Business as a Service team who helps serve data from our DWH to different applications. Job Responsibilities Include: Participating in daily scrum stand ups, backlog grooming and refinement sessions, sprint planning meetings and sprint review and retrospective meetings. Supporting the product owners in maintaining the product backlog and scheduling next release. Understanding the requirements and writing user stories, use cases. Interact with Dev team, QA team, Data Analyst, and Data architects. Participates in requirement and design review meetings to stay informed of potential impact to change in requirements. Participates in project meetings, requirements reviews & walkthroughs as needed. Support UAT, production incident resolution. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years in Financial services domain. 4+ years of solid experience of working in an Agile environment, well versed in writing user stories, Requirement Gathering expertise. 3+ years of experience with a coding software like SQL or Python. Preferred Skills: User Acceptance testing. API or Integration experience. Strong Communication skills. Research and Documentation. Analytical Skills. Proactive and an efficient collaborator. Critical thinker. Keen attention to detail. Problem solving aptitude. Financial background is ideal but not necessary.
