Required to work flexible hours. Required to float and may work on multiple units. Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse Charge/Supervisor for our Behavioral Health Division. The position requires overseeing nursing staff and ensuring quality care for patients. Candidates should have experience in psychiatric healthcare settings and direct experience with diverse patient populations. Experience in patient assessments, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations is preferred. The unit has 77 beds with a patient ratio of 1:11. Candidates should have familiarity with electronic health records. Preferred experience includes working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients. We value teamwork and effective communication skills in our staff. Ideal candidates will demonstrate the ability to motivate and support families during treatment.
