RN Homecare- Pediatric Nurse

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to work with adorable pediatric patients in the home setting located in the Bridgeport 60608 and/or Hyde Park 60615 neighborhoods of Chicago.

Bridgeport: Sat + PRN 7am-7pm or Tues/Sat 7pm-7am

Hyde Park: Wed 4pm-8pm /PRN

Salary: $38- $50/ per hour

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Active RN License or Active LPN License
• Current CPR
• PPD or chest X ray if applicable
