Operations ManagerCulligan (Family-Owned Business) is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to join our locally owned and operated family of businesses. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in customer-focused operations and team management who values working in a close-knit, community-oriented environment. This position reports to the Operations Manager for our affiliated family of businesses and is responsible for leading all service, route, and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will help shape our operational strategy while maintaining the personalized service and accountability that comes with a family-run organization.What You'll DoLead daily operations for Service Technicians, Route Drivers, and Warehouse staffManage scheduling and routing to ensure efficient service and delivery operationsImplement and enforce company policies and procedures at the branch levelConduct daily coaching, performance check-ins, and team development activitiesAssign, schedule, and oversee service work, deliveries, and warehouse workflowsTrack and maintain productivity benchmarks, including call-backs and stops per dayAddress employee performance concerns promptly and constructivelyResolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and urgencyPerform basic installation and removal of water treatment equipment as neededUphold all safety guidelines and promote a culture of safe work practicesMaintain an organized, efficient, and secure warehouse environmentManage inventory, tools, equipment, and operational suppliesWhat We're Looking For3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in field operations, service, or logisticsWater treatment, plumbing, HVAC, or related technical background preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Valid driver's license and required state certifications for vehicle operationStrong leadership, communication, and customer service skillsA team-oriented leader who thrives in a family-business environmentWhy Join CulliganCulligan is the world's leading water treatment brand, but at this location, we operate as a family-owned and locally managed business.
