Role Overview

Our client is seeking a QA Tester to support several large projects. This role is essential to help manage an increasing workload and ensure the quality of deliverables. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team and work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.


Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional and manual testing to ensure product quality
• Work closely with developers and business stakeholders to build relationships and communicate effectively
• Provide quality assurance for work produced by internal teams and third-party partners
• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confidently engage with developers and provide constructive feedback when necessary

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• Proven experience in a functional QA role
• Demonstrated ability in manual testing
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with technical and business teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in or exposure to automation testing
• Experience with Jira and Zephyr (or similar test management tools)
• Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce
