Overview Direct Support Professional (DSP) Current Open Schedules: Full-time 30+ - Awake overnights; Week 1: Saturday 12:00 am- 7:00 am, 7:00 pm- 7:00 am, Sunday 7:00 pm- 7:00 am; Week 2: Monday- Wednesday 11:00 pm- 9:00 am, Friday 11:00 pm- 7:00 am (3045) *Experience Required* Part-time - Every other Saturday and Sunday 8:30 am- 3:30 pm (3215) PRN - Varied Shifts; as needed (2955) Location: Lewistown, PA Pay: $19.00 per hour, up to $19.75 per hour with NADSP DSP certification(s) An extra $1 per hour for eligible 2nd shift and weekend hours What We’re Looking For: Entry level, training provided (some positions require experience, read schedule carefully) Valid driver’s license and 6 months driving experience 18 years of age Access to a vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand the English language Preferred: Previous Personal Care Aide, Caregiver, Direct Support Professional (DSP), or Direct Care Worker experience Preferred: Knowledge of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or autism As a DSP (Direct Support Professional) in Residential Services, you’ll support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes by assisting with daily needs, teaching life skills, encouraging independence, and promoting a safe and meaningful home life.
