Conduct routine and advanced laboratory testsincluding but not limited to chemistry, hematology, immunologyfollowing established protocols.

Evaluate results meticulously for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out essential maintenance and calibration of lab equipment.

Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.

Thoroughly document all processes, mentor new team members or students, and uphold the highest quality standards within the lab.

Ensure a clean, safe working environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation norms.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.

Ongoing maintenance of certification throughout your career.
