Operate grinders and related equipment to smooth and finish metal parts. Remove excess material, burrs, and welds from components. Inspect workpieces for quality and accuracy. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Work with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules. What do you bring? Positive, can-do attitude Previous Metal Grinding experience Documented 10 years of work history if applicable Ability to pass a drug swab testing for THC Ability to pass a 10 year background check Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
