Job Title: Store Manager in TrainingDepartment: OperationsHiring Range: $44,200+/year depending on store location, merit, and employee experienceFLSA: ExemptDOL Status: Full-timeReports to: District ManagerThe Manager In Training position is responsible for maintaining and operating a Company-owned retail facility in a safe, customer focused, and profitable manner. Support the Store Manager in daily operations, managing employees, and the store, especially when the manager is not in the store. This includes supervision and training of employees as well as managing sales and expenses to optimize results.
