Registered Nurse - NICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced NICU Registered Nurse to join our team for an 8-week contract starting on September 14. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care in a neonatal intensive care setting, ensuring the safety and well-being of critically ill infants.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized nursing care to neonatal intensive care patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records to accurately document patient information.
• Manage patient assessments, vital signs, and clinical interventions.
• Follow established ICN protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Communicate effectively with families and healthcare staff regarding patient status.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid BSN degree and a current RN license.
• Have at least 2 years of NICU experience, including ICN.
• Possess recent travel nursing experience (preferred).
• Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC electronic health records.
• Be available to work an every-other-week (EOW) schedule.
