Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active California Mild/Moderate Special Education Teaching Credential (please include a screenshot of current CTC certification).
• Prior experience working with high school-aged students in an RSP or similar setting.
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance.
• Proven ability to differentiate instruction and manage a diverse caseload.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Dedication to building a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to support academic and social-emotional growth.
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and maintain compliance with state/federal guidelines.
• Work closely with general educators, administrators, and parents to ensure integrated support.
• Participate in department meetings, training, and ongoing professional development.
