Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit - Full-Time Nights

Role Overview We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a critical care unit, providing highly technical, fast-paced, and patient-centered care to critical patients. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure safe and effective care using the nursing process, and support patient and family education. The role emphasizes clear communication, relationship building, accountability, professional growth, and team development. Responsibilities Include Providing direct and indirect patient care according to standards Supervising team members and collaborating across disciplines Creating a safe, therapeutic environment and ensuring accurate communication Administering medications and IV therapy safely and timely Supporting continuous improvement and professional development Adhering to hospital policies and promoting a cooperative work environment Assuming responsibility for patient education and quality care throughout the episode of care Performing other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred Current Texas nursing license Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS certifications Minimum 12 months ICU/critical care RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and care standards Ability to handle confidential information professionally #J-18808-Ljbffr Azza HealthCare Agency
