Senior Defense Acquisition Specialist (5449) with Security Clearance

Bennett Aerospace Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Senior Defense Acquisition Specialist in Aberdeen, MD. Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting Minimum 15 years of experience in accounting and at least 5 years of experience in government budgetary systems Basic understanding of DoD audit policies and procedures Knowledge of Department of Defense audit policies and procedures including: Joint Reconciliation Program (JRP); Dormant Account Review‑Quarterly (DAR‑3 Q) Tool; Risk Management and Internal Controls (RMIC); and DoD Audit Readiness initiatives. Assistance in day‑to‑day resolution of ULOs, open invoices, UMTs, IDOCs, sales order errors, open commitments, and open collections. Monitor and provide updated status on actions regularly for reporting to ASA(ALT) ARD. Assist team in historical fact‑finding for audit sampling. Assist PMs with any audit‑related needs as required. Maintain responsibility for supporting a wide range of administrative tasks, including gathering responses to information requests, quality control / configuration control of documents, formatting, and ensuring all aspects follow agency guidelines. Secret Clearance Security Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance and successfully pass Bennett Aerospace background investigation, drug screening, and credit check. The salary range for this position is $100,000 – $110,000. Location: Aberdeen, MD.
