For more information regarding DEI at Beyondsoft, please go to SUMMARY:We are looking for an experienced Field Deployment Engineer to join our team to support one of top clients in [LOCATION TBD]. The engineer will directly work with client system engineers, local client logistics teams, and with other Field Deployment engineers remotely. Be responsible for deploying different types of robots to field, including preparation, data entry, data analysis, and post activities. This is a full‑time, long‑term benefited position with competitive compensation.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Point‑of‑Contact liaison for site requirements like badges, moving equipment, debugging.Robot Preparation.Initializing robot and configure backend support system.Creating, capturing, and archiving robot configuration data.End‑of‑line testing to verify shipping hardware.Burn‑in testing to qualify field worthiness.Disassembly, preparing robot for shipping.On‑site assembly, bring‑up, and functional verification.On‑site operation verification.Post‑deployment support.Point‑of‑Contact training.Review of Installation process for improvement.Customer support for Points of Contact with field problems.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT.Experience of programming is a plus, like python, C++.Experience of tools, like shell, GIT, ALM, Jira.Experience of Linux command line is a plus (at least basic level).Ability to troubleshoot complex software / hardware configuration problems, and track source code.Ability to function effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage continuously changing business needs; excellent time management skills required.10%–25% travel is required.Occasional infrequent in‑person activity may be required.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience in robot relevant tasks is huge plus.Can read source code and troubleshoot is a good to have.Server room experience is an advantage.QA experience is a good to have.WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:Because we know how important our people are to the success of our clients, it's a priority to make sure we stay committed to our employees and making Beyondsoft a great place to work.
